    Cloud & collaboration

    Cloud shows & packaged media

WavePhase Cloud keeps versioned copies of your show — including packaged media — so you can open the same project on another machine without a separate file transfer.

    What Cloud stores

When you save or sync a show to Cloud, WavePhase uploads a packaged show (the same idea as a local .wphase package): fixtures and personalities, the signal graph, layout, and referenced media such as video clips, images, meshes, and shaders that the show needs.

    • Version history — restore earlier heads with author attribution on team workspaces.
    • Storage quota — plans include a base allowance; extra GB can be added from your account when offered.
    • Cross-device open — download the package on another signed-in machine and continue editing.

    Local shows still work offline

Cloud is optional. A local .wphase file remains the primary on-stage document. Prefer freezing a known-good local copy before a festival day.

    Wavy (WI)

Wavy is the in-app assistant for reviewed patch edits. It runs through WavePhase Cloud with managed model access (WI credits) — you do not paste an external API key. WI is intended for pre-show work; Live mode keeps API/MCP input nodes available for control without running the assistant.

Buy credit packs or use the Cloud plan allowance from your dashboard. See Pricing for current Cloud and WI offers.

    Web Control & relay

Web Control serves phones and tablets on the local network for faders and pads. With Cloud, an optional internet relay can expose a password-protected control link with roles, expiry, and rotation — useful when crew are not on the same LAN.
