Lawful bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing accounts, licenses, and support), for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service (where not overridden by your rights), and where required to comply with law.

Your rights

Depending on your situation, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data (including updating your sign-in email from the account page).
• Export your data in a portable form (JSON download from your account).
• Request erasure where applicable (account deletion from your account page).
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Supervisory authority

If you are in the Czech Republic or if Czech law applies, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) is the supervisory authority for GDPR matters. You may also contact the authority in your habitual residence or place of work.

How to exercise rights

Sign in and open Account. Use Download my data for a machine-readable export, and Delete account to remove your account and associated data we store in our application database, subject to any legal retention requirements. You can also email [email protected] for requests you cannot complete in the app.

Transfers

If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law (such as standard contractual clauses where relevant).
